A full-scale residential renovation encompassing the interior, exterior, and pool. The project included two additions: a main-floor extension that significantly expanded the living area, featuring vaulted ceilings that create an open-concept living room with stunning views of the backyard and Peach Island, with a newly constructed basement below transformed into a lounge space. The second-floor addition expanded the primary bedroom to include a full his-and-hers walk-in closet and enabled the creation of a covered patio area below, complete with automatic sun shades leading toward the pool. Exterior upgrades included all new windows, roofing, siding, decking, landscaping, and a complete overhaul of the existing outdated pool.
